Maintenance Agreements

Our company offers an annual contract for a spring (air conditioning) and fall (furnace) cleaning, tune-up and check. This contract is offered with or without filter maintenance and will qualify you for a 10% discount on any out of warranty repairs throughout the year. maintenance contract This contract will also give you scheduling preference over our non-contract customers. Pricing varies depending upon the number of units and types of equipment that you want to have included in the contract.
